You are supposed to transplant as soon as you see the first leaves. I’d say 3 days after first noticing germ. You’ve left these too long before transplanting into the larger block - hence the difficulty

Thanks I will give it another try now

You should watch torque test channel on those torque sticks. They were designed to be used on air impact guns, not electric impacts. So you might end up over torquing those lug nuts unless you use a much lower rated torque stick and use a torque wrench at the end to finish it off

I'll check out that channel, thanks!

Neat little piece of kit. However, I notice you are using it on some pretty dusty ground. How well do you think something like this would work in an area with high clay content? Or is that already the case where you are?
@inthegardensueКүн бұрын
It's dry here right now for sure. I think that it would be hard to use in mainly clay soil. It's better it the soil is already looser. I like to use it mostly to rake in grass seed or other seeds

Hello. I hope you are doing well. I saw a review you left on Amazon for the wall mount ceramic heater in your greenhouse. I need a heat source for my greenhouse but not sure the ceramic heater can handle winter temps. I live in central Virginia and I was wondering where you live, how cold your winters are. Thank you.
@inthegardensue4 күн бұрын
sorry for the late response. I think you would need a supplemental heat source too if your green house is not tightly sealed and for winters with cold days and nights below 32 degrees

NOT GOOD if you lean forward to pull weeds it wont let you do so comfterbuly or you fall on your face as its narrow wheel base is not balanced only allows side to side movement no good if you are like me with spinal injury the entire contraption seems badly made to much slop in the handles and I worry that the wobbly seat will bend or break very quickly
@inthegardensueАй бұрын
As a physical therapist, I understand you having a hard time bending your spine. For a lot of others with joint pain, sitting on a stool is easier than standing and bending over to weed or harvest vegetables etc. The handles are very sturdy in person to be honest. I appreciate your opinion though.

Thanx for the review. I’m debating between the Ego, Makita, and Ryobi cordless sets. I would think you’d want to have ear plugs or ear muffs on when running it.

Looks like you need to use the powergear looper's on the Fiskars if your going to compare it to a ratchet anvil loppers unfair comparison

I was just trying to show people there are ratchet loppers that take less force as compared to regular loppers. I would like to do that comparison you suggest too. Thanks

It takes more than raking the excess mulch away to fix the problems caused by a mulch volcano, especially if the mulch has been piled up year after year. You have to cut away all the new roots that grew through the mulch and wrapped itself around the trunk because they are strangling the trunk like a tourniquet. You also have to make sure the root flare is not covered up.
