The dizziness and the ear ringing sounds similar to issues I had a couple years ago and they said it was labyrinthistis - mix of vertigo and tinnitus but that cleared up on its own after a few weeks Have they said what your symptoms of fatigue etc could be? Have they mentioned Ménière’s disease at all? Also those tablets you take at night my boyfriend was also on for bad jaw pain, they’re both an antidepressant but also a relaxant and pain suppressor and often used for either or both

What a great haul. You remind me so much of my momma. She was very witty and a lot of fun. She loved jewlery, and I was constantly making her stuff. She would be going crazy if Temu would have been around several years ago. We would have had a lot of fun looking at the stuff.
