I bought this to have a Wi-Fi label printer. If I have to connect with my phone, this does me no good. Wi-Fi should mean that I can connect to it from my computer. All this stuff in the app is only set up to have it connect through the phone. I find nothing in the guides, and nothing online that tells me how to connect from my Windows PC. That's where I do most of my business from, so I need to be able to print from my PC. The printer is not discoverable by the printer setup in Windows. 😢

Hi Garrett! You will only need the Rollo App on your phone to set up the printer once. Rollo Customer Support can also assist you in setting it up with your computer without using your phone if you prefer.

It won’t STAY set up!!! I hate it. I have to totally shut down my whole internet every day before I need to print shipping labels for things I have to ship DAILY !!! Not acceptable. I deeply regret this purchase. It worked at first, but now it’s a daily struggle.

We'll check on multiple factors like the obstructions, distance of your router from the printer, and other relevant settings. If it worked properly before and you're just facing these challenges now, we will assist you in determining possible blockers or changes that might have triggered this behavior.

Did you realize you spoke real slow with pauses during the simple stuff ex plug in printer, (long pause) power on, (long pause) then you steam rolled without pause over the steps that actually take time. H e l l o.

Just here to help people to avoid buying this printer. Absolutely terrible. I’m good with tech and this thing is just a horrible product. If you do you buy it, good luck lol.

Side note: I bought a brand new one straight from Rollo. Not used, not refurbished. Thing sucks.
