that’s what happened to mine and i kept spinning it until it came out. it said i’d used all of my prints but i could still use mine and they still worked xx

@@marialourdesclaveria967 Make sure you put the film in correctly and print the picture and turn the knob. If it doesn't come out after more than 15 seconds, press the button for the picture again and then turn the knob. Keep doing that until it comes out. Make sure to keep the printer on a flat surface so you're picture doesn't come out all weird.

I just got one and when I took the photo it came out black and had streaks all over it so I tried doing two more times different ways and still came out the same. Has this happened to anyone else if so do you know how to fix it?

@@aliviagodfrey2032 I had this problem before, personally, once I pressed the shutter button, I put my phone off the printer and I fold the printer a bit and wait like 30 sec, then when I roll the photo out, it's great. You can try, maybe it'll help

Mae Laia Montilla I recommend doing using it in a room with not too much light, make sure your phone brightness is all the way up. Those tips seem to work for me :)

you are such a beautiful and just overall spunky (is that the word i’m searching for?) girl! i got a polaroid a year ago, and film is soooo expensive! and it’s really annoying when you waste film from photos that don’t turn out right. i found this product, and was so excited! i’ve been watching videos of it ever since. i have a few questions for you: 1. overall, do the pictures turn out dark or anything? 2. is the link in your description where you got yours from? 3. overall, would you recommend that i buy this?

maboo after filming this video and using it more I noticed that sometimes they do come out darker. However if you turn your brightness all the way up before printing it usually helps with the problem. I also had people ask questions about green lines on the film while developing, Ive also had that expedited but if you wait for the film to fully develop then the lines go away. Overall it’s just like taking pictures with the instax camera, sometimes it comes out perfect and sometimes it doesn’t.☺️
