I'm so glad you appreciated my tutorial! I really have to remember to mention the paper used in each video as you're not the first to mention this. Spinning the coil from the centre really does have a cleaner finish to your coil 💗

Very nice, Clare! I'm with you... I like the look of more inner coil rotations too and will give your method a try. What I've been doing (for example when making a teardrop) is use a straight pin to jiggle the rotations so they're evenly spaced, pinch to make the point, and lastly glue the end in place. Isn't it amazing that just a narrow strip of paper can turn into something pretty?!
