Fire is A tier and in situations S tier Id put him below boomie in overall But above him if people are rly stacking on 1 spot The dmg has multipliers coming from wpvp gear (20%more dmg) Bounty (15 %more dmg) Shikaar hunting tactics (50%more dmg) Volatile crimson embers (30%more dmg) And a few procs that qould account for another 30% i guess all together
