Kazuha's buffs aren't affected by talent level, that's why it's useless to level them up unless u want him to deal some extra dmg

And about Chevreuse's set, it's because she can activate the passive and give the team element buff (only 12% if I'm not wrong). It's usually her best set if another character is already using noblesse

arlecchino is a decent dps character that works well even without her sig artifact set u can use the gladiator set and still dish out goods amount of dmg for mavuika, she's not even released yet but i get that u want to prefarm her, it's up to you, there's not really a strong source if she's going to be overpowered as a dps or not, so imo, ill stick with arelcchino with the gladiator set until i finish her talents first, then lvl 90, then get whimsy (assuming you have good glad pieces because who doesn't have one until this point)

Arle can be built with whatever resources u have at hand, gladiator set and white tasse etc,deals good amount of damage. MAVUIKA is a dps but need xilonen to perform better and also furina to unleash full potential. So if u have Xilonen go for mavuika, of not , stick with arlecchino

Well mavuika isn't released yet so we can't be totally sure but arle also has the no healing issue if you have zhongli that's not a problem the burst healing works but it resets the bond of life and her cooldown can be a bit of an issue so most people don't use burst and keep the bond of life to max it out it really depends on what you prefer but we need to be sure of mavuikas kit first from official sources from the live stream

you are not taking into account team comps and synergies. chasca is just an overrated character with poor execution. neuvillete’s gameplay is also way more fun and if you don’t agree, you can go fudge yourself 🤗

you didnt even take into account team synergies. chasca has 0 things to offer to her teammates and does like minimal damage for the time shes on the field. she sucks and thats a fact. also neuvillette is just way better and MORE FUN. thats a fact too and if you disagree your rank has to be like 35 no cap.

When did I say that Chasca did more damage? being better doesn't always mean 1M per hit, I'm talking about the character not being repetitive and easier to build. It's not about offering to her teammates because she IS a DPS. If you only care about damage and not having fun then you have to be the one that's AR36.

if you stand far enough from it it’ll cancel the attack i think (either that or attack it outside of meele distance)
