Hello, thanks for your videos. I tried to follow the midi connection protocol to use the notes from the Electribe sequencer to the TD3. But it only synchronizes time on the TD3, is there something I'm missing on the Electribe? thank you so much

@@cesarockification Hello!! , of the two ways to connect to send notes, it is by 5-pin din cable, then they both have to be on the same midi channel.

It is compressed in Zip format, once unzipped you have to use the Behringer synthtribe program to be able to put it in the Behringer Td3

The mod consists of removing a positive cable from the bpm LED and another negative cable, you have to scratch the track a little, I removed the negative cable from the same potentiometer for convenience. The BPM in Volca will go at half the time, I have managed to make a program using M5stackplus2 to make it catch up but it is not very precise, I am still working on it. If you do not have any knowledge of electronics, do not make the mod alone at your own risk.

I like this effect that it seems like 2 melodies playing at the same time, as if that D# is going on uninterrupted every 16th while the other notes form their own melody line. I never realized this when listening to this track in the past (or probably many other tracks as well). Makes my musical brain go in some new directions 🙃Reminds me somewhat of the "linear drumming" style by the way, where potentially complex patterns are formed by playing only one "note" ( / piece of percussion) at a time, at regular intervals.

Hi!! sync clock , only synchronizes the rhythm using pulses per minute in korg normally 2ppq . In midi it uses this more complete protocol, being able to send notes if they coincide on the same midi channel.

And I went through ALL of the distortions and overdrive effects, but they all sounded like crap. Maybe it's because your Behringer TD-3 is analog, whereas my TB-03 is digital, or ACB modeling. What the heck?

how are you getting midi compatibility on the PO 32?
@AntoniojLara4 ай бұрын
To synchronize the Po-32 with Td-3 we configure Behringer in Trigger Mode 2ppq and press play. The po-32 has to be in Sync1 and have an audio splitter on the right channel the audio will output and on the left the clock pulse . I have used a stereo divider and I have opened it and cut a channel on each output, then we have to pass the Sync output of the po-32 through a distortion pedal to increase the voltage, without a pedal the td-3 will not recognize the pulse that It's good but too weak. Another option is to use a small pam8403 amplifier that is powered at 5v, this is the last thing I am using. It's surprising how good the Pocket Operator sounds for how small it is.

How do you find the noise from the MC-101, if I have any output from the MC-101 to a Boutique or Aira (S-1) mix-in there is a ground-loop noise. I will need to get a ground-loop cable to get rid of it. Do you hear noise in your set-up? Or is the audio clean. I have a TB-03, MC-101, Blofeld, MC-303 and S-1 the only device with noise is the MC-101.

Hi, I have not noticed ground noise, at least I don't remember it.

@@AntoniojLara Thank you so much for replying. It might be a mix-in issue with other devices. Headphone and Aux-in from outputs seem to be ok. It's a weird one. I use a macbook air and this has grounding issues, maybe that's the issue as I have the MC-101 powered via usb. Thanks again.
