I really resonate with the the bathroom issues. my entire childhood, from as early as I can remember... I was in full combat war zone with the toilet, its taken my 20 years to finally reduce the symptoms through diet and life style change but even that was only a band-aid. I tested positive for Hydrogen based sibo when in talks with Gojiman in 2020, I finally got the answer! but, unfortunately non of the medications worked long term. So, I continued on "maintaining" the issues with a more high sugar diet so sibo doesn't have slow digestable food to feast on. This is actually whats been keeping me sane for years. Normally, you'd think sugar would be bad, but in complete isolation of fat (eating <10 grams a day of fat) all of my fungal skin issues lessened, gut motility went from straight up not working to slightly working. And bloating went down significantly, but overall my issues were far from gone. Fodmaps diet never worked for me but it makes complete sense why I would, so I was really devastated when it really didn't do much at all to help me. Anyways, years go by but I started to get more and more "visable" issues. Acidic burps, random constipation/impacted stool swings without diet change... I finally decided to see a GI doctor who said "lets get you a endoscopy/colonoscopy" and I was like "wow, that would be great! lets get the *REAL* answer" and man was it fucking heartbreaking to hear the doctor walk up to me and say "congratulations, you're perfectly healthy" this absolutely crushed me. But, a few months ago I ran into @CC-gv6us's video and man, I thank the universe every day I ran into that guys video. Artichoke extract Garlic extract boom, fucking cured. are you fucking kidding me? SIBO just recently got recognized by the WHO in 2023, and the drugs in the pharmaceutical companies just don't really do anything... its actually depressing how little care doctors give to the small intestine. The only drug on the market that they can even precribe you (if you can even find a doctor that even knows what this is like Mark Pimentel) only actually gives you 6 months MAX of relief. You are literally STUCK with sibo if you rely on GI doctors. What a depressing sickness, I have so much sadness for the millions of people who will never realize the cure can be as cheap as 10$ store vitamins, or a artichoke tea.

Whoa! This is so crazy how similar our issues are. For me, it was over prescribed antibiotics that wrecked my gut. Got the sniffles, antibiotics. Got acne, antibiotics. Basically was given antibiotics like a pez dispenser. I didn’t know anything about gut health or the gut microbiome until recently (loved the Netflix documentary), but I am tired of docs trying to push more antibiotics to manage symptoms. I have M SIBO and Oral thrush. I have a dental background and no matter how good or perfect my oral hygiene routine is, I can never seem to control it. I use digestive enzymes with every meal, have been GF/DF, no alcohol, no take out/fast food and no ultra processed snacks. I will definitely consider Caprylic Acid, doesn’t hurt to try and see how I do 🤷🏻♀️ Thanks for such an informative video. You are so awesome 😎 Leslie

How long since you started the Dr.DiNezza approach till you got better? Thank you! I’m now on herbals and I’m feeling super bad. Also I don’t know if ginger extract and artichoke are making me feel bad or nauseous? Maybe it’s too much? I’m taking 250mg of ginger extract and 650 artichoke because I couldn’t find in Europe the procinetics like the one from enzymedica, thank you again!
@oljaaaaaaaАй бұрын
Hey, how are you feeling now with the herbals?
@DahianaortegagilАй бұрын
@@oljaaaaaaathank you for your answer, I dropped them because it “did off” was being way too bad and my bloating and indigestion got worse. Since I stopped and did enzymes and betaine + procinetics my digestion is better but now I am pretty positive I have candida overgrowth…. And I don’t know how to know what probiotics to take
@lynzАй бұрын
It took me about 90 days to be free! Prokinetics affect everyone differently so if you're feeling bad i would tinker with the dosages. Even with similar ingredients in diffeernt quantities affected me super differently
@oljaaaaaaaАй бұрын
@@lynz in those 90 days, did you start feeling better right away, or did it slowly just kinda happen after a couple of weeks?
@lynzАй бұрын
@@oljaaaaaaa better over the 90 days gradually. the biggest leaps were normalizing stomach acid - big jump, and candida, big jump as well there too

What an amazing video, I posted a question to you you should be getting it. I have been going down this road for way too long now. I’m only halfway through the video and I’m just so impressed I have watched many of that Dr’s videos but it’s just too pricey for me. I’m definitely gonna get the FODzyme, I’m taking an expensive digestive enzyme and I have been for a long time and I really pretty much think it’s useless. The more I listen the more excited I get. Just wanted to add ginger is awesome it’s great for digestion, nausea which many of us get especially if we are constipated and have methane, Ginger tea bags are good, I love real ginger I just chop it up put it in a pan add water bring it to a boil let it simmer for maybe 10 minutes and then just set it aside,and capsules.. You could drink it hot warm cold doesn’t matter it’s awesome and cheap. Can’t say enough about it don’t know where I would be without my ginger, however I’m far from a cure and really excited about what I’m hearing because as Dr. Pimentel says I’m always a heroWhen I see someone is diagnosed with hydrogen Sibo,They are going to think I’m great because I can help them. Methane which is now called IMO, not so easy. I’m really interested in everything you’re saying about the minerals although I do do the high doses of vitamin D because I follow Dr. Berg and learned a lot about that, along with K 7 To protect my bones, magnesium oxide To help with BM’s but magnesium glycinate for good absorption, Oxide is very cheap magnesium good for bowel movements but does not get absorbed. Great info Bravo 👏👏👏👏
@lynzАй бұрын
Yesss you got this. I must’ve left it out but ginger was my first thing that really helped before I started working on curing things

I’m literally volunteering at farm aid right now LOL actually that’s wild
@lindapelle8738Ай бұрын
That’s awesome that you’re volunteering I would love to do that if I felt better. I have been constipated since I was freaking Born. Only to end up in my mid-30s doing well in my career at a stressful job and then getting chronic fatigue syndrome, interstitial cystitis and fibromyalgia which I made my IBS worse because everybody gave me tons of antibiotics for interstitial cystitis and the flu that lasted forever. This of course caused serious serious gut problems and made my IBS so much worse. But it’s not until after I had food poisoning two years ago that none of my tricks worked. Eating lots of vegetablesFor dinner I made a huge bowl was my trick in addition to magnesium. I found that when I ate broccoli and cauliflower I just got nauseous nothing is working right I have had to turn to aggressive laxatives it’s so bad. I went through a couple rounds of Alimax Pro andOregano oil, felt a little better. Of course then I started cheating on my diet but not much, things took a turn for the worst and now I’m doing it again and I’m Going to add the Ayush neem. Unfortunately I’m on disability from all of this for quite some time now and I just don’t have extra cash or a family to help me. I would love to hear what you did to calm you’re methane down, and curious which prokinetic do you like? I take motil pro, helps with the nausea I get when very constipated, But doesn’t help with bowel movements. I never used to get nausea all of my tricks worked until Sibo. Anyway would love to hear from you so stoked to see You are doing farm aid! What fun that’s totally up my alley. Prior to Cibo when I first got sick in my 30s I went to a lot of holistic doctors but that was before Internet became really popular there was no KZbin Internet just started to be a thing so there wasn’t a lot of information out there at all whatsoever. People are so much better off now with so much information on the Internet. So excited to hear your story feeling hopeful❤

Stomach acid support honestly allowed me to start eating fodmaps again instantly it was wild. Prokinetic was by microbiome labs but that was her 4th choice for people. Everyone reacts differently so you basically have to try them all /: but when you find it it’s lifesaving!!!!

Glad you're feeling so much better! Unless I missed it, you didnt mention what type of SIBO you had? I think it makes a pretty big difference to treatment, so its worth explicitly stating. Thank-you for also putting this content in text format! I've tested positive for methane (over 70 ppm on the breath test) and it's horrible. Mine started after a covid infection (post-viral 'IBS' seems to be quite common). Also, I know you mentioned Neomycin, but just as a warning for anyone else, it is a risky antibiotic, especially for anyone with hearing problems, tinnitus etc. it can cause deafness! It has a black-box warning in the US. I've also watched Dr DiNezza's videos but I see too many red flags to try taking her course. The other reviews I've read are pretty bad, and the up front cost is $8000 which is crazy. Also, I don't think an education defines someone, but its rather misleading that she uses the title of doctor on her gut health programs without disclaiming that she's a doctor of chiropracty and not a medical doctor. She does share some interesting information though.

Thanks for your reply. I had IBS C - Methane dominant Sibo. We pretty much followed the same process for everyone as the basics of health come first. I know her one on one work was like 8 k but at the time fodmap freedom was like 3k and had a guarantee if you aren’t cured in a year you get a full refund I 110% credit my success to her and don’t believe I would be SIBO free without her…. So she Definitely saved my life

Thanks for sharing 👍 I took HCL for 3 months, built a dose of 4000mg before food then stopped when I got positive results for 2 months. After 2 months my stomach acid lowered down again causing indigestion. Did you take pure HCL or with Pepsin to recover? What resource did you use for HCL Challenge? How long were you on HCL for?
@lynzАй бұрын
I think I used different ones with and without pepsin so I’m not sure if it made a difference. I kept taking it and gradually weened off so I didn’t go from a high dose to nothing instantly. Only a few months I’d say

@@lynz Sweet did you notice no more bloating, stool passing faster (slow passing stools lead to constipation) and no more IBS issues after? I and my brother are going through exactly what you have gone through. I did take HCL and notice a big difference but I assume you done Dr. DiNezza HCL challenge which I will give a go. I done another method which was very subtle but it did not work. Thanks for getting back to me and providing help to the community
