I’m not sure where but I’m on the spectrum of autism very high functioning just when a minor inconvenience hits I loose it. My husband put this on and I swear this helped so much and calmed me down. Thank you.

i agree on this one 😅 there is enough regular cracking for it to be ok but the repeating really impacts the flow of the crunch! it is like if i were watching a beautiful dance and there was an immediate replay of the graceful moves. i can understand the enjoyment someone could have but it simply is not for me 🙅‍♀️
