Not entirely helpful review. Did not say what cpu is being utilized. Also I assume that the ssd is 2 TB not gigabyte.

@0:55 - you are misleading there. The 10 Gbps USB C ports support only data transmission, no video output. Quote from Amazon: Transfer files, movies and photos at speeds up to 10 Gbps via the USB-C data port and dual USB-A ports. The C port marked with 10Gbps can only be used for data transmission, and does not support video output.

This is one hell of a Bluetooth speaker. I was surprised how good it is. I was sceptical about buying a non traditional brand speakers. But the reviews, it being a non-Chinese innovation and good specs made me buy it. Worth every penny

I just got the river 3 and the app. What does the clear data do? It sound ominous, saying it clears ALL data. I haven't tried that yet since I don't want to have to re-enter all my account data etc. I just want to clear the cumulative totals, is there a way to do that? The little 10 second strip-chart is rather useless, IMO. It has no way to see further back than 10 seconds, and there are no units on the chart. It's just app sugar; I would like to see a chart of say my solar input over the last hour (or more), with numbers, like, hi, and low and maybe the ability to scroll back and forth in history. The app appears to run in the background (I'm on android), so it should be able to keep and display all that info. The alternate homepage has a pretty display, with animated flow, but is also not all that useful. However, compared to my other powerstations (jackery, vtoman) just having an app is handy so I can go out and adjust the angle of my solar panel and see an immediate result w/o having to lug the powerstation with me.

I wish that it had two USB-C outputs as that format is quickly overtaking USB-A as the norm. As well as USB-C as a charging option as previously mentioned. This happens to be shorter but larger footprint compared to the discontinued River Mini, and weighs about 1.6 lbs more. It has one less port and no wireless Qi charging. The Mini had an inferior battery technology with less cycles, but without iron composition, it’s appreciably lighter.

I have a River 2 and it has been very good for me. I agree that this needs more than one USB-C port. I've found it's the one shortcoming of the River 2 and it's disappointing that they've carried that over to the River 3. For more USB-C ports, you can get a USB-C adapter to plug into the cigarette lighter port. Just make sure you get one with enough wattage to power whatever you're using.

Also, lack of USB-C charging isn't as much of a downside as it could be. The River 2 and 3 have the chargers built in to the unit, so you don't need to carry a charging brick. The AC input uses a very common 3-prong plug that is the same as what most computer peripherals or kitchen appliances use. You can get extra cords cheap. Heck, if you know someone in IT, they can probably get you one for free if they're up to their eyebrows in them. Also, the River 2 and 3 charge at around 300-ish watts through AC, so that's faster than the best USB-C standards.

I asked momcozy and they said that no, they're not compatible sadly. They really should've made them compatible. Right now you can't buy a BM03 with 2 cameras because it's sold out and you also can't buy an extra BM03 camera separately like you can with the BM01.

It's funny out of everyone that has tested the mega 2. You are the only person that has said the app doesn't work & you are correct. I can not get mine to pair either. I contacted OUPES many times & they keep saying they are working on it....Every other tester tells how great the app is , makes you wonder about the honesty of their testing over all.
