Josh, do you have a video on how you ship photos? I'm posting my first one. I know I can ship using ebay standard envelope. Can I use any envelope & just select that as the shipping option or is therea special envelope to order? Also can you include a piece of cardboard to secure the photo? Thanks for your help!

@@misslashayresells3853 if you go to the shorts section of my video I have a short on it. I just use one of the eBay standard envelope mailers. I don’t add any cardboard because they need to be machinable to qualify for eBay standard envelope.

$4 profit on a small scale. If you're sourcing let's say 100 DVDs a day at $4 profit each that's a $400 day. Don't look at it as you're making only $4 because that's unrealistic
@robertguerrero523916 сағат бұрын
@lazyboysst You need to scale up. Why do all that work on 100 DVDs when you can do 1/4th the work on 25 items that will provide more profit?

When I look at the entire process, sourcing, sorting, prep, draft, photos, put away, pull, pack, & ship - the one of those that takes me the least amount of time is draft. And it seems to me that is the only thing a VA does. And even then you still need to go in and review everything, make corrections and adjustments, and then price the item. Just doesn’t seem like a real time saver to me.
@NamirRivera3 күн бұрын
I agree! Which is why I haven’t paid for a VA. For me what takes the most time is taking pictures and measurements. I feel like I can get drafts done pretty fast.

Here's the link to his channel Galaxy CDs Rocks and Flips where he does weekly reselling news recaps and does a what sold of items that sold for $20 and up from all the platforms he sells on. www.youtube.com/@GalaxyCDSRocks

Almost as annoying as when eBay refunds your item and you never get it back and can't do anything about it. eBay is a product of America giving big companies all the power, you know because regulations are bad, we should let big companies F people over in the name of innovation.

Ebay removed one of my items today. Is there anyway to know why? They are just picking winners, must be because I didn't pay them for an eBay store. Hi Josh. Newbie here coming from Wapakoneta, OH. I checked out your eBay shop and goodness you sell a TON of sewing machine parts. lol. It amazes me that when people say you can sell nearly anything on that platform just isn't kidding. I have idk how many sewing machines that have died on me. I now have a new/used Bernina that I bought on eBay. But seeing how you are selling parts made me to think I now know what I could do with the ones that have died on me and dissect them and sell what I do have. I too am a reseller mostly downsizing things that I have inherited or that was just given to me from estate sales that would have been thrown out. I am constantly learning more and more on the eBay selling platform. I am hoping here soon to list more but its the storage factor I have. I am strongly thinking about a storage unit away from home instead of using my home. Since most of the items are already in my home and it can be nice to source them once sold but my goal is to not see them in my home all the time too. Goodness, I best stop talking here. Nice meeting you and thank you for the video.
