Hyderabad is better, well connected metro and ring roads which reduces traffic and even if you stay 30km away from IT area still you can reach within 1.5 hrs. I stay in uppal in hyderabad around 30km from gachibowli dlf my office and I reach office in 1.5 hrs and I pay 10k for 2bhk.
