Since the handle is not telescopic, at what height would an individual start feeling uncomfortable pushing the stroller? Seems it would work out better for short people

Hello Dejan! Please note that while the hood of the stroller is removable, the seat cover of the stroller is not. We suggest, when cleaning any part of the stroller, to use warm soapy water (using a mild detergent like dish soap) and a sponge to scrub directly onto the area you are cleaning. Once the cleaning is complete allow the stroller to air dry completely before use.
