Nobody cares about roof brand and reputation. They care about who knocks on there door after a storm and who did there neighbors roof

@ roof companies don’t have a brand image or a reputation like a car company would. They just don’t. Neither does plumbing companies or anything like that. Often if someone thinks highly of a plumbing company it’s an attitude towards a specific person that has done well for them in the past.

If he was really woking those hours at that rate… (he wasn’t) not every week at least. He would be making 72k a year. If you’re making 72k a year as a single man you’re doing pretty well unless you have a spending problem. You don’t have to lie and inflate how hard you worked and “came from nothing” just tell people how you built what you have now I’m sure that story is worth telling.

2 hours of Self-Prep out of working hours Daily, Sunday-Saturday (30 minutes practicing your script, 30 minutes of objection handling, 1 hour of watching and analyzing game tape of your own sales...or others if you don't have them). Then 30mins-hr/day M-F with the team roleplaying within the workday (preferably early morning). And then the remaining 7 hours of the workday spent working your opportunities and generating new ones. Now repeat that every day for 2-5 years and you'll be doing something solid.

The storm chasers have to go away and it’s getting outrageously expensive for a roof because everybody expects to get a free one from the insurance company and the whole thing is a scam. 90% of the roofs that are covered wouldn’t ever lead to the roof leaking and the insurance companies jacked up the rates on everybody because of the storm chasers and it needs to stop.

I would also like to add that in time as AI accelerates and its capabilities improve faster than a person can improve in time humans won't be able to compete. Therefore, any animosity from those using the tools to those who can not only benefits those with high wealth, not those with the proficiency with the tools. What do you think.

There is a big difference between a lead and a relationship. A relationship is a customer that has your number and will call you if work needs to be done. A lead is that you have the number of a customer that may use you for work to be done. Or in short; A lead is a relationship who hasn't met you yet. ;-)
