hi, i have a problem when i want to open labelImg-master directory. I have the folder saved on Users\USER\Downloads\labelImg-master and i dont know what command i should use to open the directory. I tried using C:\Users\USER>labelImg-master, D:\>C:\Users\USER\Downloads\labelImg-master, and a few other codes but nothing worked and it always say "....is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file". Im using a 3.12.3 version on windows ten. can you please help me

Hello after running below i get error : brew install qt brew install libxm12 When i run this : make qt5py3 I get this error : no formulae or casks found for qt5py3
