As a former P.I., this was an absolutely FANTASTIC use of logic and detective skills. Let me break it down from a professional perspective: 0:12 Luxord begins with a seemingly nonsensical riddle. This is the introductory phase of interrogation. Normally, this is where you try to build a rapport with your subject and put them at ease, since an interrogatee is more likely to share information if their guard is down. 1:22 Luxord points out a logical anomaly, but phrases it as a general question, rather than an accusatory statement. This is to avoid agitating your interrogatee while still asking questions. Cleverly, Luxord also deduces that if the box is important to the organization, then something about its contents would be known to its leader. With this information, he can now begin to form a possible theory. 1:31 Having already posed his question, Luxord uses deductive reasoning to eliminate possibilities. Since the organization exists solely to fulfill Xehanort’s goals, the box’s relevance would not be unknown. This not only implies the order is unofficial, but removes Xehanort’s involvement. This simple deduction also casts suspicion on Xigbar, since he’s one of only 3 people knew about the order. 1:56 This is actually a very clever tactic. Luxord presents a loaded question meant as a trap for Xigbar, knowing that Xigbar will most likely lie. However, by offering a (secretly known) false possibility that absolves him of suspicion, Xigbar will inadvertently reveal himself as the culprit if he blames Xemnas. 2:07 Xigbar falls right into Luxord’s trap. It’s here that Luxord reveals his hand (card pun intended) by making it impossible for Xigbar to deny involvement. Since he’s already explained why it couldn’t have been Xehanort and has already spoken to Xemnas, there’s now no room for Xigbar to make a plausible excuse. This encourages Xigbar to be more forthcoming, since interrogatees are less likely to lie again if they’ve been directly confronted over an irrefutable lie. 2:20 Now that Xigbar knows he’s been caught in a lie, Luxord drops the gentle approach and switches to a more direct line of questioning, thereby putting pressure on Xigbar. As expected, Xigbar is indeed more forthcoming by admitting he doesn’t know what’s in it. Additionally, the direct line of questioning also lessens the time for Xigbar to come up with another lie. 2:39 Luxord continues to pressure him by asking him directly where his information comes from. Again, this reduces the time Xigbar has to come up with a lie, thereby maintaining Luxord’s advantage. It’s also likely the Luxord already knows about the box from his time in Union X and is testing Xigbar’s knowledge to verify if it’s the same box. 3:02 This is Luxord’s most clever deduction. Knowing that Xigbar never showed prior interest in the box until Maleficent began looking for it, and despite its contents being unknown, this logically implies that the box must hold some personal significance to him if he’s going through such efforts to find it. Having already verified that this is the same box from Union X, this deduction is what tells Luxord that Xigbar is not who he claims; only a handful of people know about the box and only _one_ person would take a personal interest in keeping it hidden: Luxu. At this point Luxord realizes who Xigbar really is, but doesn’t reveal it out of disbelief or caution.

Organization XIII HANDS DOWN to me has the coolest theme in the Kingdom Hearts series. Every time I hear that first note of the piano, I get so hype. Everything about these guys is just so damn cool. I absolutely can’t WAIT to find out what all Luxord and Xigbar know behind the scenes of this vast in-depth story. The way they both know that each of them know things that they shouldn’t, and won’t admit exactly what they’re after to each other. I hope Organization XIII sticks around and continues to have a major role in the series for many years to come. SquareEnix, thank you . Even if KHIII annoyingly had excess cutscenes and made Sora so OP’d by this point in the story, thank you lol

I just realized that the scene where Xehanort, Xigbar and Saïx are discussing the members of the Real Organization XIII coincides with Dream Drop Distance directly - it's not an isolated scene. While these three are discussing, some of the members are after Sora and Riku, others are scouting worlds for the new princesses of heart, and Luxord is nowhere to be seen in DDD because he is too busy looking for the aforementioned black box. Also, this is Saïx right after Axel woke up and could not find him anywhere. Still, it leaves a big question: why is there a Xigbar and a Braig at the same time, appearently coexisting? Because if this scene right here coincides with DDD, so does Re:Coded's 2nd secret ending, where Braig and Young Xehanort discuss the No Name keyblade. I love Kingdom Hearts, but I just wish its story made a little more sense or that it did a little easier.

If there’s one thing I really hate about the modern NRS Mortal Kombat games, it’s the fact that Sub-Zero & Scorpion always get sidelined in the storyline of each current MK game and are only used more in promotional material like posters and trailers which is fine, but I really wish the stories focused more on Scorpion and Sub-Zero and less on the kombat kids. They deserve better than that. I would love it if NRS made an MK game that focused more on Sub-Zero and Scorpion. They are the selling point of MK for me. Not some female commando bubblegum chewing selfie-taking Johnny Cage knockoff like Cassie Cage.

if i recall from the youtube vid about the master of masters giving luxu his role he told only luxu & nobody else including the audience what was inside the box on the condition that he reveals the secret to no one else. so either xigbar is keeping his promise to the master of masters by not revealing the contents of the box or from a vid theory mentioning ava's disquising ability its ava disquised as luxu/xigbar that has no clue to the contents of the box. ava likely has no knowledge or memmory of luxord or luxord's true self.

Scorpion shouldn't exist without Hanzo, and Hanzo could never forget what he was as Scorpion. They are forever intertwined, yet were at least able to make peace in 11. Hanzo's arc is my favorite, not unyielding from his rage, but rather using it to push forward to the future. He's made lifetimes worth of mistakes, but he still vows to protect earthrealm. then 1 happened and ruined it :/
@hopefulfriend41634 ай бұрын
Also, personal gripe, I really enjoyed Ron Yuan as Hanzo in 11, but it is kind of disappointing they didn't let Patrick Seitz come back as Scorps in 11 considering 11 is Hanzo's last mainline appearance for now.

The problem with both sides in this is that neither of them are truly wrong, but they also aren't truly right either. Superman is right that some individuals, beyond all redemption, are better off no longer blighting society, but it's not his place to pass judgement and be executioner. Batman is right that not everyone is beyond saving and can be coaxed back into reason, but sometimes the system just doesn't do enough for those clearly gone.

There is nothing good about the Batman ending the Batman ending just sets things back to the status quo of corrupt governments pointless Wars and continuous crimes with nobody permanently stop them. You can even look at Batman Beyond doesn't another source of this Batman's way of doing things achieved nothing in fact that future is even worse than his time period... Superman side is the right side since they actually tried to improve the world. They tried to stop Wars and tried to free women who were in horrible situations. They actually did something good for the world. And people are supposed to believe that their side is wrong because they had to commit a few terrible acts and comparison to the large scale that it is normally?... Any bad thing they did for the greater good was completely worth it

In a comic of injustice(I believe it was from it) the flash plays chess with superman when he's already on his mindset of killing criminals, and he starts comparing "everyone that kills is a criminal, then we kill all murderers, thiefs go against law, so we kill all thiefs, everyone who contaminates nature is a criminal according to some laws, then we kill everyone who doesn't recycle" and on and on and on And superman is barely able to argument at his favor, because the flash's point is that superman's idea at basic sounds fair, but then where is gonna be the line of what criminals deserve death? If he slowly loses care about the crimes and just kills everyone who defies his laws and Will, there will be a point in such he will kill anyone that says something that's not in his way of seeing the world, because if they're against him they're against the law and are criminals And it happens, he kills Shazam, A CHILD that didn't even betrayed him or attacked him, he just showed that he was not happy with what superman was doing, and superman just killed him in cold blood and in battle dialogues he doesn't even call that an accidental death or a mistake he doesn't want to make again, he calls it "a war loss" Superman's idea was good at the concept, but the reality was that at one point anything he didn't approve was gonna be a crime punished with death, Batman's way isn't perfect, but he recognizes it, and superman doesn't, he excuses his twisted version of peace with "I'm doing what's neccesary" ignoring his mistakes
