Nice to catch up with you in 2025! Tomatoes are just 18 calories / 100 grams, had a quick google for you. So if your counting calories they are fine, if your not doing carbs I suppose they could be counted as bad. Honestly how can a tomatoes be bad unless your allergic to it like me😅

I gotta side with Ashleigh on the logo - the specifics being there with the logo is important for her line of work I think. Specifying she's certified will be a key copy message as well as point out her education. phone number and location can be in the info page though XD

I played some COD Zombies in my off time this Christmas - I was looking at rivals but just not sure that type of game is my cup of tea personally I LOVED WoW back in my teens though! I've had days where I've struggled to wash my hair and have just cried in the shower wishing I had someone to help me. Every time I shower I want to shave my hair off again. I've felt better about it and more excited to do my hair recently though. I got new hair products and a new brush and it has helped me exponentially! I've been trying to adopt my routine altogether. I have thick curly biracial hair and on my worst disability days, I've taken 3+ hours on it by myself. I appreciate you both being able to joke around with one another over it!

I truly wish I could offer more than a virtual hug ❤️ I’ve had to stand helpless through many breakdowns and although I’ll never truly know how soul crushing it can be I do know it’s heartbreaking to see people you love dearly suffer and having absolutely nothing you can do to help ❤️ We laugh and joke on the surface but I do appreciate it’s a very different experience when you’re in the moment 🫶 thank you so much for following along Ashleigh seeing so many others in an understanding position has helped her massively through this rough time ❤️ I hope you have less pain in 2025 and make the best of the year as you can 👌 I’ll try my best to keep spreading smiles in our future shenanigans

Fingers crossed for the consultant appointment for Ashleigh. I had some "interesting" discussions about my knees with a physiotherapist because I'm really too young for knee replacements but they were done anyway because the consultant was sympathetic to my lack of ability to move. There comes a point when a chance of an improvement has to be taken. Merry Christmas to you, Ashleigh and to your garden panther too 🎅🎁🎄

When I’m in dark places I just use the phone torch to be honest I might experiment with some small clip on lights but honestly I’m trying to keep my setup as light as I can so I can film easily on the go Thank you for watching and I wish you all the best for 2025 🫶☺️
