There really are no words to describe how incredible he was... I'm tearing up as I watch this for the 237th time... R.I.P. to one of the greatest who ever touched the game, gone way too soon...

This is not only great musicianship but, watch his left hand. He uses every finger. Watch his thumb!

Goat! Best guitarist ever! He owned that piece of wood and ive never heard anyone play as precise and hard driving with such intensity for a whole show in my life! Stevie was indeed the best and played with such feeling and soul just phenomenal, extraordinary a once in 100 lifetimes kind of talent and he got better in the years ahead when he became clean and he talked about how close he was to overdosing and that he was sober and clean and wanted to help as many people as he could! Exemplary human being with a big heart , a damn good decent caring person who didnt give a shit about fame and just wanted to play!!! Absolutely devastating loss for all of us, I hope I can meet him on the other side! CJS....
Bugs Henderson & Jack Pierson were excellent, R.I.P.

So glad I was able to see the greatest guitar player of my generation before that fateful day in August of 1990. The 1st time I saw that man made ski hill at Alpine Valley, I knew something was wrong with it...

Our little Napoleon died about 2months. I still cry when I think about him. He was always a little sickly. I have the dogs in the room far away from our bedroom. They have their little house surrounded by a 4 x 8" corral. The dogs wake me up when one of our other Chihuahuas have a seizure. It was about midnight, when they started barking, and wokde me up. My poor little Napoleon was at the door to his corral, as if he wanted to get out. I garbbed him, and he was still alive. I took him to our bedroom. H e stayed alive for about another hour, before he passed away in my arms. God let him die with me holding him, instead of on the floor. Poor baby.
