Kind of horrified right now. Saw him in 98 I think. Played so hard I was awe struck. Seemed other worldly. Too young to play like that. Sorry baby. Was hoping we were both old now, at least in the flesh. What an appropriate sign for me to find when looking back. I was listening to Jimi Hendrix and his name popped into my mind

Yes, Corby was amazing. I stay in contact with his dad, Jim. Jimi Hendrix would be proud of Corby.

Almost 40 years exactly (March 1985) since I saw him at Massey Hall, Toronto. I couldnt fathom the greatness i was watching, and so glad I did! No one like him since. RIP.

I still think some of the dates on videos are wrong: This looks like the new drummer O'Reagans first shows in 1991-1992 timeframe. I remember Mark only played a very short while with the new drummer? Using Gary's hair as baseline, that's a 4-5 year grow, no? And the new drummer came on, and within 1-2 years Gary had short hair and NEVER went back to the long hair. I know send the "Not Me" hordes after me and I'll Ride The Lightning (Metallica) outta here...

Verified by someone who was there. He ways it was 6/16/1995.

@@Feature-Tube I could be wrong. But everyone who has followed the Jayhawks since the MIDWEST blockbuster* "Hollywood Town Hall" knows thats Gary's 1980s hair! I do not remember seeing those long locks after 1995 that's for sure! I could be wrong but it looks like 1991 1992 to this ME huge Jayhawks fan. Cheers please don't flame me (keep berating me with comments that I'm wrong) I will block you.
