We went to the beach for two weeks and just got home. We loved it so much we bought a beach cottage while we were there. I love being retired and watching guys like this one work.

I know LA is going through some rough times, but it’s the better place for weather, more places to go and see, mountains, hills, etc. it’s more Dessert tropical. Miami is basically a South American city in the states. It’s a party city all about the beach and club life. It’s nowhere as big as LA and can seem compact. With that said, it seems much smaller when most people are hanging in the exact same areas. Brickell, South Beach, etc. you really start to run into the same people. It’s a party city that is best for late teens through early thirty something’s. You can live in LA more long term, but only if you can afford it. Between the two, I pick LA, but in reality, I prefer to live in Dallas Texas and just visit both!

Oh, how i disagree with you. Your personal property is a very slow way to grow wealth. Properties that pay for themselves are much faster. Part of paying for themselves is getting out of debt. If what you're saying is keep your debt leveraged to keep making money, only if you want to always be working your properties. If you want to relax on it a bit, then let them pay themselves off.

I’m currently doing low calorie diet. I weight everything and calculate everything. I’m down 62 pounds and 105 days in . I combined that with intermittent fasting 6 hour window. Alcohol and diets don’t mix so good call! Best of luck with your diet 👏

About New York, I also stayed there for 3 months before moving out and it’s so fricking expensive more expensive than Dubai. Outside of manhattan (downtown) it’s normal nothing special
