No rev match on downshift? It seems that the tires chirp on every downshift at a moderate to high sped.

Do you have plan to upgrade the radiators too?

No, it's not necessary for the UK weather tbh.

That was exciting. It reminds me of exhilarating days past. Did you almost get caught out by that blind left corner over the top of the hill?
@ajondyh2 жыл бұрын
Haha! I enjoyed competing with you Peter and hope you may come back again soon. No, it didn't catch me out as I know the track well but the conditions were very damp and I left my braking a little late but still managed it. I t wasn't a problem :)

Hi Andy, hope my Cayman S was not holding you up too much. Cannot take the much credit for its' pace, it was modified by the previous owner. However, was enjoying clearing some of the traffic ahead before pulling over so you could pass safely. Not talked before but we met very briefly when you were signing on. David

No cool down lap on a sprint. It's just 1 lap from a standing start. 2 x practices and 2 x timed runs.

chunder27 Bertie's m3 was Patrick Snijers the year before ,you could say it was the best as Snijers in that car was regarded as getting the maximum ever achieved out of a m3

Andy, that was a great lap behind the red GT3. 2.02 (timed from bridge on Druid's exit) is very impressive for an R on road tyres. Judging from the lines of the GT3 I would say that it was the 991 tech keeping it ahead! ;-)

"1" write English literately ..It belittles youre point shurley its THE content not the presentation ? OH & i know know about spell checker ahhh enlightenment its all a learning curve ? ? ? arnt these computer things fun ? "2" I am NOT the driver ...I found you looking for "roadhawk" on the tube . "3" I have been driving over 45 years never hgv BUT i have learrned that .. A big truck closing in on another truck in the same lane with a car overtaking him in the outside lane with his indcators on to pull out does not need or expect a wanabe Ken block" with a camera playing I AM THE LAW .. he could have 40 tons there to slow down & then wind up again .. Ease off the throttle & a flash of you're lights ,,you would of got a double flash of his indicators & a cheery wave as you passed him seconds later .,.,.whitch you did anyway but with GGGrrrrrrrr nash GGRRR chill man ... Just because its the law doesn't give you the right to be an arsehole Ahh but thats the thing ...YOU think it does & got the pics to prove it .Oh yeh !! ...,,,..40 tons,,,,van... crash barrier.... ouch!!!!!!!!! It's on video mate, you've seen it. The truck pulled out whilst I was along side. He knew I was there! He had red mist and road rage. His closing speed on the truck in front was negligible, in any case he should have judged/adjusted that to suit the traffic flow, no excuses cover his action! If he doesn't use his mirrors he shouldn't be on the road, and if he misjudged it that badly he shouldn't be on the road, he could easily have eased off himself. The man is an absolute danger on the road. He could easily be in prison now on a manslaughter charge. Think of that! And to compound the problem he failed to stop. Not only did he fail to stop he gave us the finger! He knew what he'd done. He needs some anger management. A highly trained truck driver and a credit to the company?.... NOT!

Boll Damwad Well I know how to use an apostrophe, so what does that make you?
@ajondyh11 жыл бұрын
Regardless of the minute before or not, the Highway Code says you should not pull out if it causes another vehicle to swerve or slow down, and as I had been in the outside lane for the last few miles it was always my piece of road.As you say I am an experienced driver in motorsport and yearly vehicle road miles too which is probably fortunate for him as he could very easily have killed someone of less experience and caused a huge pile up, as there were several vehicles close behind me as well.
