Hi Jen, I can't thank you enough for this talk. I've suffered from insomnia for years now, and have done extensive research on this topic in an attempt to cure it. I've been following all the advice the books have suggested, such as not napping, keeping a regular schedule, showers/hot tub in the evening, not eposing myself to blue light, changing my eating patterns, only using my bedroom for sleeping, etc. In addition, I've taken a multitude of supplements over the years, natural ones, (Lion's Mane, L-theanine), and meds to help me fall asleep and to stay asleep. I've done sleep stories, meditations, sleep hypnosis and yoga nidra. Nothing worked consistently well. I've increased my exercise and exposure to natural light. Then I listened to this talk, and something 'clicked' in my mind. I realized that even though I was telling myself that I was not going to give in to stress and worry, and to not dwell on it, on a certain level, it was eating away at me. I was shoving down my fears and anxiety over getting demetia from all my sleepless nights, and it made it worse, and aggravated my shame. This talk made me realize that my thinking was interfering with the normal act of falling asleep and staying asleep, which the body does naturally, like breathing. I just have to trust that my body's natural wisdom was there, and it will take care of that. Sine I first listened to this talk, about a week and a half ago, I started to sleep, naturally, without doing anything in particular. This has been a life-changing experience. I can't thank you enough for this talk, Jen. I hope you keep on putting the word out there to help cure other insomniacs such as myself.

I've listened to this webinar twice now, and it continues to inspire me to be in a more loving space and to act from that loving space. I feel myself already moving away from fear and judgement, and towards feeling calmer and more curious. Marina, you glow with love. Thank you for the ways you show up in the worl. Your words, in fact, your very being makes this world a better place. ❤

Thank you Marina for thus beautiful video which reminds me of how to be a better more loving mother. There is SO much undoing and UNLEARNING old silly thoughts about what being a goid amd loving mother is. Listening without judging can be hard sometimes but as long as I keep trying and staying quiet for longer than I'd prefer😅, I'm making more progress than I did, thus time last year. You've s wonderful way of explaining things, thanks for sharing ❤

Thank you Elsie. I always remember the story you tell when Syd was walking up your path with his wife and you hid in the bathroom!😅

I listened to this a few years ago when I first came across the 3principles, at the time I was reading and watching everything I could in-particular Syd! Lindas talk seems different to me this time! What is striking to me is Linda's honesty! Thank you Linda! Great!

Always good to listen to George speak. Other than Syd theres nobody better in my opinion! I did a 19 session course with George and Linda about 2 years ago (roughly) George hadn't long had a stroke yet he turned up and completed it! great! I hope he is keeping well!!

Thank you Elsie ❤ One thing I'd add is that having a pulse on the world means to recognize that the news is an arm of the establishment so the news is often biased.

Best I've ever heard on this subject. I kept going back, re-listening to segments to really seize what was being said. I will again re-listen to the entire presentation. A lot resonates with me, and between the smiles, chuckles and even tears, I've had somewhat of an epiphany that merits further exploration. Life is such a journey of self discovery. Thank you whole-heartedly, Fiona and Justine (my daughter's name) for delivering this message of hope and healing. Namaste.

I just love listening to you Mark. Thank you! ❤ "You're not thinking about yourself. It's not "positive" personal thinking. There's a Consciousness where you can experience your spiritual energy within you that is love, just pure love." "Nothing is personal, it's all impersonal. Understanding this takes care of you, and you have more love for the people you come across in your daily life."

For all those who are looking for the essence of this talk, it is simply this: those who come to know the three principles start to feel that “life is nicer without really working on it.”That’s it, that’s all! 22:50 Thanks Dr. Pransky for taking Mr. Banks seriously.
