Great job! Am I having thinking or does my thinking have me? Look in a different direction: gratitude, clarity and peace. Here’s an expression we all know: He’s caught up in thought!

Best I've ever heard on this subject. I kept going back, re-listening to segments to really seize what was being said. I will again re-listen to the entire presentation. A lot resonates with me, and between the smiles, chuckles and even tears, I've had somewhat of an epiphany that merits further exploration. Life is such a journey of self discovery. Thank you whole-heartedly, Fiona and Justine (my daughter's name) for delivering this message of hope and healing. Namaste.

I just love listening to you Mark. Thank you! ❤ "You're not thinking about yourself. It's not "positive" personal thinking. There's a Consciousness where you can experience your spiritual energy within you that is love, just pure love." "Nothing is personal, it's all impersonal. Understanding this takes care of you, and you have more love for the people you come across in your daily life."

For all those who are looking for the essence of this talk, it is simply this: those who come to know the three principles start to feel that “life is nicer without really working on it.”That’s it, that’s all! 22:50 Thanks Dr. Pransky for taking Mr. Banks seriously.

This was a wonderful watch thank you for helping with the realisation that the relief can bring. I can’t seem to find anywhere that Stephen Hawking suffered from a stroke though, which is fine I’m curious about that statement

Thank you for this. I played the video a few times to make notes. I discovered I am only half as crazy as I thought, and each replay is chipping away, so I expect to only be a tiny fraction of bonkers in a few days. If not for the cracks, the light would not get in or out, depending on our moment-to-moment paradigm.

Thank you Mark for pointing out that we can never do it perfectly and being easy on ourselves and for the idea of speaking to consciousness beyond the person. Appreciate your sharing.

Loved the analogy that using the intellect to figure out your life is like asking Siri what to do professionally. New comes from wisdom. Thank you Christine and the community for making this available.

Thank you Dicken for this lovely and wonderful sharing of Wisdom of the Highest order. Just listening to you talk about the Truth, are precious moments where as if I can hear that beautiful zen koan, "the sound of one hand clapping." Pure silence. There is an epic poem "Savitri" by a great Indian Seer, Sri Aurobindo. It speaks of the spiritual evolution of man, wrapped in mystic metaphors. I remember few lines from that poem, "When the inner lamps are lit, And life's cherished goals are left outside, The soul sits alone And speaks to its gulfs." During your entire webinar, my soul sat alone and felt the beautiful feeling of the Silent Solitude. Thank you.

Thanks for your kind words Tuhin. I can see how deeply you heard the call to drop into the spiritual silence within. And thanks for sharing the line from the beautiful Sri Aurobindo poem.💖

If we are love, why does it still seem to depend on circumstances? Like nature? Or a baby? I am pretty sure there’s a lot of young men who would not feel a sense of love for a strange baby. there are men who have children with women they don’t love very much, and they they don’t actually always feel much love for that child, either. Why does it depend on a puppy? Et

Great question - thank you for commenting - what you state is a perfect example of how personal thinking (sometimes called ego or pride) gets in our way - underneath all the personal thinking is pure consciousness/pure love.

I know this is a rather exaggerated sample, but should a spouse who is being consistently assaulted by the other spouse supposed to get over it? Is it only thinking that makes that a difficult situation? Is the only problem that one of them is thinking he shouldn’t be hitting me?she shouldn’t be spending all our money without talking to me?
