I met Jacksonville Beach Florida for the first time this past Saturday and I loved it, my brother lives in Jacksonville beach, Florida and he loves living here better then living in Los Angeles

Some fair points although I’m not really sure traffic is much of an issue. Any town north of 300,000 people or so is of course going to have some traffic during work/after school hours.

Jacksonville is known to be a little slower paced, which is 100% true, but this is an area of about 2 million people from South Georgia to the Palm Coast area, so there are most definitely things to do for everyone. One of the best things about Jax is its proximity to the other major cities. Orlando is a two hour drive so you have the theme parks “close” without all the tourist traffic. The entry to South Florida is only a 4 hour drive or a $110 American Airlines round trip flight to Miami, amongst other cities. Flights to NYC and other major cities on the East coast and mid west are 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Our airport is easy to fly in and out of. So if you are looking for something a little busier, it’s always easy to get away for the weekend. You can come home to your peaceful neighborhood. Last but not least, Jax is more affordable than other cities near the water. This alone is the best part about being here! You can be by the beach at a fraction of the cost.

Can't imagine when hurricane hits . I'm looking to move around gainsville or jacksonville or central florida. My child 2 state she would like to go Florida or Texas ,she choose florida. I pray and hope we make the move next year . I've seen different places really nice . I'm sure their pros and cons like any state.

Shame on you. You completely forgot about the oldest historic district in all of Jacksonville, which is located downtown called Springfield. Springfield has its own preservation society, an annual home tour event and the infamous and fun Porchfest. Not to mention Springfield has some of the most beautiful homes in all of Jacksonville. Please do a video on Springfield and showcase the streamlined oak tree streets, parks, art scene, breweries, fantastic restaurants, and the 1748 Bakehouse. You need to do a tour for Springfield next.😂

Very well organized video great job. Unfortunately holy moly for the price of the homes, 5' between houses is WAY too close. They might as well all be townhouses!

I heard that Jacksonville has never been hit with hurricane 🌀 tornado. Also, there are not a lot of alligators or bugs. Is there a lot of sinkhole or bugs?? Is there big shopping mall?? Family friendly??

I have lived in s.fl.all my life but the rent is ridiculous especially a senior on a fixed income.i found and heard jacksonville is reasonable in rent.Is woodland acres ok of a neighborhood
