It is obvious that there is no one size fits all grading that works for all languages. But I want to find a detailed description of grading process for Czech proficiency test. For example how much grammar and syntax mistakes affect the score. Is there anything like that available online?

Hi, do you refer to the rating scale? They are available to the raters and a shortened version in the Manuals for students. But unfortunately, they are only in Czech language. Usually, the content and language have approximately the same weigth in the rating. Of course, the descriptors used in the scales differ depending on the task type and CEFR level.
