There is a quick connect on that it’s just a different company It’s Not The traditional cat quick connect it’s a different company called NYI they custom Cuppler.

To each their own, for sure, but no way I would have that window down. That's just me, I can't see any advantage to that. I want to see directly into the work site completely unblocked. No glass in the front.

@@bitbeardcrypto I would close it, or swing away from the dust, but once I got operating again, the window goes up. No glass for me. I've walked off of jobs when a supervisor insisted that the glass must be down. I refuse that. But that's just me.

Try grabbing a rag and wiping the window down. It’s pretty easy to see out of.

Yes 👍🏻 it’s been parked for a while now. There’s a big job coming up in Erin Ontario this summer, heard if the ground is hard they might bring it out their, guess will just have to see.

This machine is large to say the least plus it has a tall cab riser. It is along way away from the guys in the trench. No way you can hear them without screaming.

That’s a mighty fine hole just for such an easy job, why didn’t you just reduce dig the ground and then use a trench box and top box.. that’s an awful lot of time digging all that muck when it would be more efficient to dig a cofferdam

@@Galex935 The soil was a type 2 so it had to be at least 2 to 1. This was approximately 5 m down. our crane operator likes to see in the trench as well so I try to take care of them, the company wants us operators to follow the COR rules set in Ontario. The 390 that I run has a 5 yard bucket. The 5110 has an 8 1/2 yard bucket yes it moves slower but it takes double amount of material out. But usually The company uses it for tougher ground to go through, this machine was on the site from the beginning so they did not bother floating out the 390.

Michael's? Looks like their logo on the stick, but they use Deere so I'd think they'd be using a 870 or a Hitachi? Anyway nice job. Glad your doing it and not me! Your boys are making the job more stressful than it needs to be. I'd make em get out, one rock kicks back or one twitch at the wrong time and there's going to be a dude saying ouch

That’s not a cave in, the track loader pushes it in and makes him self a road so he can level it out, it’s a big trench remember, that pile flattens out to about 1f 1/2 lift. And there in a inspector there.

That's not a cave in, that's how you backfill. Push the material in and level it off to be compacted.

Because the pipe next to it on the right ditch won't stand up up that close
