Hello!!! Which windspeed you had? I happen to have the same foils you used. Ensis said 3m low end was about 25 kt… What do you think? Thanks!!!

@@TheElnatxou Hi, on the Ensis website they state a minimum of 12kn with a big foil and downwind board, 15kn with a foil less than 1300cm and a downwind board and 18kn with the same foil and midlength board. I think 20kn would be a good windspeed to learn as more power definitely makes it easier to get up. A good board pumping technique makes a big difference.

Thanks! My question was because in the video about the Roger with balz muller, and also in a podcast I heard, he explained that the 3 m Roger is conceived for what he describes as proper dw conditions, “25 or 30 knots”. That statement is very different than the range they address in the official website. Don’t know what is your experience, in which wind ranges have you tested it. Thanks!!
