Im thankful for spending time with my daughter and son in law in Imperial Beach. Them being business owners and making a plan to sell their vape shops and see her go into the health field and him go into truck driving . They both suprise me and they tell me we get it from you Pops ! Thankful for new opportunity at a new field of interest for myself with growth. Im from SD, since 1993, military brought me here . Keep powerlifting safely , pace yourself , eat for your goals . I achieved a 500 deadlift in the 90's, hit a 205 powerclean in the 2000's, around 20010 hit a 405 squat and in 2017 hit a 315 bench. I changed up my training goals now but commend discipline and safe training for a nice career . Keep up the good work ! Btw how did you do november 9th ?

Love it! You should add a step ladder attachment to allow it to also function like an Icarian incline angle calf raise! Ideally make the ‘ladder’ with a flat side for each step and an arched side (like the Nautilus seated calf raise arch on the footplate).

I always farted like my gut bacteria was in the middle of a civil war after eating those l&l cookies. The problem with plant protien is that its less bio available than animal protien. We are (for the most part) carnivores. Thats why we dont have a cecum like chimps

Why have a fixed counterweight? I don't understand. Why not have a plate horn where the user can customize the counterweight like the Paramount machine and the latest V2 of the Temple of Gainz Pendulum squat? It makes the machine more affordable in terms of manufacturing and shipping weight. Someone please clarify how a giant ass counterweight like this or Atlantis's or Aresenal's makes any sense over a plate loadable counterweight.
