Big Butterflies

I’m Kayley. I’m 28 years old. And I have recently been diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder.

This might not seem like a very big deal to you. Or it might be huge. I don’t know. But for me, it’s the reality I face and I’m struggling with it.

I'm going to use this space to talk about my journey. I'll share my highs, and my lows. I'll vent my many (many, many, many) endless intrusive thoughts in my brain. But above all, I'll document the various ways that I try to tackle this head on.

From exercise to therapy, yoga to herbal remedies... and everything in between. You'll see the good, that bad and the ugly.
