Does this have to be done on all Futaba Receivers? I am using the R7003SB with PowerBoxes and I do not have to do this to get them to work via Sbus with the Mercury or Royal PowerBoxes.

Dear Steve, I had a Futaba T12 FG. Recently I buyed a new Futaba T18SZ. After checking all posibilities I so that is no any way to convert models from T12FG to T18SZ. Only one possible way is to convert the models from T12FG to T14MZ (done) and copy the models to T18MZ. From T18MZ there is a converter to T18SZ. Can you help me to convert my models from T14MZ to T18MZ. I realy apreciate your help. Thank you.

THANK YOU! after a motor fire (don't use simonk ESC's with large, low KV motors, ie sunnysky 4000+) i couldn't figure out why my new (t-motor pro) ESC's were not responding to throttle input. i had switched to mode 4. knew i needed to switch back to mode 1 to calibrate them but, nothing. spent an entire day troubleshooting, EVERYTHING! then watched this video and realized i had forgotten to CONFIRM the mode change. man..sometimes its the simplest little thing. well i ruined my saturday, thank YOU for saving my sunday.

I have exactly the same problem with the phantom. Perhaps Naza and R7008SB do not work together in general..? Did you get any information on this?

Yes, all ports on the receivers share a common power buss. You'll note I did this in the video for demonstration purposes. This is probably not the way I'd do it in a larger aircraft; I'd opt for two smaller batteries, each powering a separate receiver. With that said, linking power with a two-wire cable does work.

I have a question on how you share power between the two 7008sb's Can you have one battery on each rx and then daisy chain them with a male to male for redundent power ?
