What is the material he is shooting out of the fire extinguisher to give the momentum? Is it pressurised water vapour? Kind of like a high pressure bottle rocket? At first I assumed it was a CO2 fire extinguisher, sine it leaves no residue. But now I think it's something that he made custom. And of course shooting water out the back will give a lot more thrust than CO2. If anyone has any ideas I'd greatly appreciate hearing them. I want to try and replicate this for a demonstration.
