How do you fight delaminating? So that over 10 or 15 years your floor isn’t 4 separate layers? I don’t want to buy an rv that will have the risk of delaminating over time. Those repairs cost thousands and take time. I’m genuinely wondering. I’ve seen so many campers start delaminating even after only 5 years. I would love to know so I can feel confident buying one of your campers. Thanks.

Good Morning, delaminating can happen on any unit. As long as you just take care of the unit inside/out and regularly maintain it these normally should be okay. Units in hotter temperatures can have delamination occur more frequently due to excessive heat however, with proper maintenance done or unit properly stored when not using it can be avoided.

Any suggestions why my total paper gets stuck. I use septic toilet paper and only urine. I have to get a stick and shove the paper down. I flush a long time okay I get extra water and pour it down the toilet. I can literally see the toilet paper just sitting there below the toilet. Any suggestions

My black water tank valve is stuck open. Any suggestions on what to do? The valve is behind a cardboard barrier with foam around it. Is there something inside blocking it? Should I use wd40 on it?

Good Morning, Typically if this is the case the valve may need to be replaced. However, there may be some other tips from other owners that they have tried and gotten it unstuck that could be helpful to you.

We’re VERY interested in this blackout painted rig! I was very pleased to see this test, can we recreate the test with the same parameters plus one or two. The point(s) to add are the energy consumed by both units rigs and both AC units for the same timeline. If possible it would be nice to measure the duty cycles of the compressors. I would think that’s achievable with an inline oscilloscope. That would fill out the data points to make an informed decision.

Have the say the only thing im looking for is the routing of lines because I have a leak and when i went behind the panel to see what's going on i have a line not connected to anything so im not even sure what it is supposed to be doing. Coming from the factory my camper was wired incorrectly..... just saying. Not happy

I have been researching information on my dragonfly lithium battery installed in my 2023 Keystone Hideout. Dragonfly recommends not storing the battery in temps below -10 degrees F. So I'm wondering how Keystone says that -40 is safe. Can you please clarify for me since our temps in winter can indeed dip below -10. Thank you.

Good Morning, We could not state that camping in -40 degrees is safe as below 35 degrees anything can freeze. There are some units that can be camped in in low temps if they are four seasons however, -40 would be too low. Some units batteries for a four-season will come with a battery heat option that will also help these stay warm in colder temperatures!

I am only referring to winter storage. Dragonfly say 10 below but keystone states just disconnect using switches and I’m done. Batteries are safe outside to 40 below. Looking for clarification. Thank you.

I'm curious what the outside temp on the midnight edition was during the day. Started with 120*F, but never went back to check that. I'm assuming it got much hotter and that would be concerning as it could cause severe burns.

this in a smaller camper for couples would have us snatch one up for SURE!!! couples now are getting into the bike thing while in parks.. would really like this in a 30-32 ish ft travel trailer.. Perfect idea with different floor plans.. Sure wish we could design our own trailer!! Could this go in front of the bed on a travel trailer? Maybe only add 2-3 ft somehow? and no more bed on the slope? If your listening,, I'm 6'3" so king slide, want couch, decent bathroom (shower not angle) No floor ducts (mice highways) I kinda like the 25RDS Cougar layout, change back thing to a mans couch. and find a way to haul ebikes and you have the best trailer!! 1000watt solar, showermiser and hot water tank. Boondock trailer!! Large rv's are not accepted in most campgrounds or are limited. Have your design guy contact me and lets make it happen!!!

Good Morning, there will be a plastic screw cover that will pop off. If you need assistance removing the screw cover you can use a small screwdriver to pop the cover off as well.

When travelling from one campsite to another and you’ve emptied the black tank I often add a few gallons of water to the tank and drop in a couple of dishwasher detergent pods. While driving the soapy water sloshes around and helps to loosen and remove any remaining solids in the tank, then I re-dump again on arrival at the next campground. At home I just drain it into a five gallon pail and dump it down a toilet.
