Very good video. it is good to know the pipeline of Emaar and amount in billion of each project. For example: 5 billions launch on Oasis in august probably means 500 villas palmeria (10 millions each) or 250 villas on Mirage (20 millions each).

To be frank i regret for investing with this builder, its been a year i have been paying them the emi and till date there is no update on construction and they will never the send you the payment receipts unless you follow up with them for more then a month. . So i highly recommend people to not invest with this unsafe builder and lose your harden money .

Guys never invest with this builder , believe me you will regret for sure . they have the worst after sales service and they have worst customer service and the attitude of the sales person and the team is very bad and uncultured . You have better option for the same investment in other reputed builders in UAE .

It's not good to mix up the developer and quality of development with an employee there who "manages" your account and cannot take their work seriously. This is just one of many reasons you should work and buy from reputable brokers, we are the ones who have a regular connection with multiple people on different levels at any developer and we solve this kind of issues much more efficiently.

@@rayman86 I wasn't really planning on it but I might do it for you :) The project is good, no doubt about it. To me it has a resort like vibe due to 6 buildings blocks and shared podium. Generally it has everything Vida Residence does walking distance to park, Business Park and Mall, except the direct park view. Regarding the community and location, it speaks for itself in beauty, utility and value

Most welcome, Autodrome events are seasonal and not daily. Durning the events it will have an effect on the towers closest to it which will definitely be heard while outside. Inside will be completely fine especially for units facing the facilities or Arabian Ranches as Sobha is providing sound proof doors with 80% sound isolation.

I have one Qs that i would like to clarify. For example, i invested in offplan property. It has 50/50 payment plan. I will pay 50% during construction. But at handover, i have to pay the remaining 50%. My property value at the time of launch was 700K. I will pay 350k till the handover. After 3 years when the property is handed over to me, it might have some appreciation and its value becomes 800K. So when i now apply to morgtage bank for 80% loan then will Mortage bank pay the remaining 350k to developer-only or (2) because the property value is not 100k more than the original price i.e. 800K so will bank will give 80% of appreciated value which is 640k and out of this 650k, will give 350k remaining value to developer and 290k will pay to me?

@@SW_Sherry The bank will pay the balance of the amount which is 50% not more than that. If you have 50/50 payment plan it is mentioned in your SPA as well which the bank of course requires, they will confirm if you paid the 50% from your side and then they will pay the remaining 50%
