The guardians could have easily won (show not comics). So for starters red rush is the strongest guardian (not in terms of strength output, but vs omni man). Red rush was strong enough to deflect omni mans punches (That were aimed at war woman so omni man was punching hard) and he did by far the most damage to omni man. In less than a second red rush broke some of nolans ribs and punctured a lung (Common cause of coughing up blood). If martian man restrained nolan at the start the fight woulda been over. He can hold Nolan while red rush beats the shit outa him. And red rush would only need a few seconds (Which we have seen the martian buy). Hell everyone else can just play support. But put some respect on red rushes name He can kill viltrumites if given the chance.

I just realized something: OmniMan was going for Immortal head but he was not going to cut it but straight up smash it. Maybe for two reasons: 1-Immortal is the strongest 2-If he can be revived and still have memories of how he died, if OmniMan destroyed his head without being seen, he wouldn't know who killed him

One of the saddest parts of this fight is they absolutely could have won had they known and had time to prepare. With Red Rush and Green Ghost on defense, Martian Man, Darkwing, and Aquarus limiting Omni-Man's movement, and Immortal and War Woman on offense, they had the tools they needed to stop him.

Honestly they would’ve won this fight if Red Rush had the IQ of over 40 and continued to be the support for everyone else. We’ve already seen Cecil do it to dodge Omni Man, if he just ran around saving everyone and putting everyone in an advantageous position the Guardians would’ve actually incapacitated Omni Man.
