I can't express how amazing of a job you did on this! The transitions were so clean and you recreated the themes so well. I got super nostalgic during the Wii section. Congrats again on 1K!

Thank you, Jared! Wii is definitely nostalgic to me as well. That's the Mario Kart game I still play the most. Honestly, I thought DS, Wii, and 8 were the hardest themes to remake. DS was because of the bass, Wii has the most complex chords, and 8 is rhythmic synth.

I played in one of Justin’s earlier bands, Gentlemen Of Class. I also had a really short stint in Southwest Royal before I moved out of state. Drummer was one of the best friends I ever had. I miss him so much, being so far way it’s hard to believe it’s real. It’s hard to pick up my guitar these days.. when i would write riffs I would run them past him and if he wasn’t stoked about it, i would toss it. Even after we stopped playing in the same band. Thank you for sharing this, it brought back a lot of fond memories. I still have one of the first burnt copies of Ummerdrum somewhere in a box from when I moved I gotta find. 🤘🏽 miss you Drummer 🤘🏽
