Do you know how much brick home you can get in Texas for that amount of money! This is a trailer with wheels! OMG I’m not knocking it if you live in a trailer bc I lived in several growing up but if you’re gonna spend this kind of money, buy a friggin house on a stable slab that won’t blow away with high winds!!!! Geez!!

I agree with you but: 1) Inflation has increased everything. 2) This is California, so everything is higher in that state than many other states.

Hmmm. I guess you'll have space rent? It's a beautiful home. But a bit pricey. If you have space rent on top of a mortgage. But it's a bright and beautiful home.
