Handicapped Parking Placards should ONLY be issued to people who are confined to wheelchairs or require some form of equipment in which to be mobile. There should be NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS! 90% of people I observe getting in & out of Handicapped parking spaces are able-bodied and middle-aged women of a specific ethnicity. Besides, if you have the ability to walk without help, a few more feet is good exercise. The other part of the problem stems from the ease in which people can get approved for a placard. The ONLY people that should have the credentials to issue permits are medical physicians. The haphazard issuance of handicapped parking placards to self-proclaimed "entitled" people, geriatrics, and the lazy, should be stopped immediately.

I almost agree, except there are people like myself, who have troubles breathing and walking short distances, some days are much, much worse than others, and I am alone and can't afford hired help. I try to use mine sparingly. There are a lot more problems than the ones you can easily see, some aren't so apparent. I agree there are bad actors.

I m 6'2" dude, l use to be a bouncer in a night club, l saw MANY scenarios where tall dudes demolished short dudes, many times the girls were laughing at the defeated hobbits.... Sucks to be a manlet.

By tall guys you mean 6'4"+ or your height (6'2")? Just asking out of curiosity. I'm 6'1", never been to the nightclubs yet, but I am afraid I'm too short for a nightclub in order to be successful with girls (i.e. to be conspicuous to girls) around other, perhaps already superior than me, men. Therefore I am planning to save up money for 4 inch elevator shoes before going there. And since you are a former bouncer, what is the general dress code in order to be accepted into a nightclub, and what footwear shall one wear: does it have to be formal dress shoes, or will sneakers be just as fine?

Cool video Oz! Having a barely noticeable disability (sensory overload from being on the autism spectrum) and also a California DP blue placard holder myself, you definitely got the point across and even mentioned a common misconception about parking in red zones. However one of the bigger ones is about when people with no disabilities use a friend’s or family member’s placard (sometimes even placards of those who died) when the placard holder is not with them

@@raeawan3786 It’s borderline impossible to get one being on the spectrum now, very few doctors will sign off for it these days. I got mine as a young child (around 2008?) when I was more severe and parking far away was a danger to my safety. Because there is no medical reevaluations required in CA I still get new blue placards every 2 years.

I like the ones when they say a guys height doesnt matter as long as his taller then her when shes in her high heels. "I'm 5'5 and height doesnt matter if he's taller then me when I'm in my heels" ok so that means a guy has to be atleast six foot tall so yes I guess height really does matter to her.

It amazes me how women can get away openly body shaming a man in public about being short and nobody says anything about it and mostly people around the immediate area will laugh about what they say to shorter guys.The most common rejections I get are "your not tall enough to be a real man, your not tall enough to talk to me, your not tall enough to buy me a beer, if you were taller id be all over you, sorry I like my high heels to much, come back when your 6 inches taller. and the most common one is sorry I dont do the short guy think. Oh and by the way... I was taller then the majority of this women even when they wore their high heels.

I was at a bar a few months ago where there were three guys at the bar(me at 5'5, another guy around 5'7, and 6'2ish guy). There were exactly 14 women at this place and they were all in competition for the 6'2 guy and it was like they worshiped him like some kind of god. I'm 44 years old and have been rejected by literally thousands in person by women giving me rude rejections solely for my height such things like "Eww gross your like 5 foot tall your not even considered a real man" even though 20 minutes before that I heard them both complaining how theres no more decent guys around and all the good guys are taken.

@gennaro maticorena thats good man. No one should be finding women at clubs for relationships and hook up culture is a luxury that only a minority of men have afford. Just improve yourself in the best ways possible(not just your wealth or only that), do not be afraid of rejections, express yourself and you’ll do just fine.
