At First Baptist Leesburg, we believe these three words express the vision of our church.
WORSHIP
We are created to worship God, glorify God with our entire lives, and gather on Sundays together to worship and celebrate what God has done by sending his only son to die for our sins.

CONNECT
Connecting with other believers is integral to our lives as Christians. We desire to provide the best opportunity to connect with other believers through Bible fellowship classes, life stage ministries, and ministry opportunities.

ENGAGE
First Baptist Leesburg wants to engage the community around us and the entire world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by opportunities with local, national, and international missions.

Define "spiritual". And what does it mean for it to be "dark"? If you're talking about feeling some type of way, we in 2024 call that "emotions." If it's thinking some set of things, we call that today "cognition." And if it's the ability humans have to self-reflect, to review the past and anticipate the future, we call that conscious awareness. So other than those things, what is "spiritual"?

This is my favorite pastor! He has the best type of teaching, he teaches us the Bible in a way we can relate and understand to the word of God written thousands of years ago. And he also explains other peoples views on the scripture so we can know how other people see it as well. Such a blessing to have him in central Florida! ❤ I am a recovering addict who was accepted at the men’s residence, located at the church, and honestly if you guys knew EVERYTHING this church is doing for people you would see the hands of God doing great work at this church.

We had the pleasure of sitting under his ministry for 20 years. He is an amazing bible teacher and a truly dedicated follower of Christ

We attended this church since 2004 prior to cliff being pastor and are no longer able to come to Florida for the winter but Cliff’s preaching is so excellent, I will continue to listen to his messages. He make the scripture so easily understood. I praise the Lord for his gift of teaching and his godliness.
