So wonderful. It gets better everytime i hear it. Nightwish does not use samples. They record what Tuomas composes with members of the London Symphony Orchestra and the choral parts with an adult and childrens choir out of London as well.

They're using children's choir because this boss theme represents a character, Arlecchino, who went through a horrible past and it involves their "mother" forcing all of her orphan kids to kill each other until there's only one left in order to raise the one as the mother's weapon for her organization. And Arlecchino now takes over the orphanage of her deceased, "mother". I guess they're singing for Arlecchino in this context. P.S. There's an official anime that summarizes it.
