I love your process, and I wish I lived in that cabin. Really like how you cut out the windows. I do have a question and I'm being very sincere, not wanting to hurt your feelings, or anyone else's, but when u have completed a book, or journal, what do you do with them? Do u sell them, put them on a shelf, gift them? I truly enjoyed watching you. TFS

Hi Nancy! Thank you very much for taking time to visit and for your kind message. All my journals have memories, personal journaling, gratitude diary and very deep thoughts that I cover up in my art as a therapeutic practice. I have my books on shelves , which I like to pull down and browse every so often. It’s amazing how many fun art items I’ve made that inspire me all over again. Someday if our children or grandchildren want to look at them, they will have some fun history to look back on. I have all my mom and dad’s papers tucked in them here and there. Sorry for the long answer…hope this gives some insight. Have a great week🥰🌸

Ooh, this is interesting. Ive always thrown mine into rhe recycling bin. I can see something beautiful emerging. I love your scrap roll, that is a fantastic idea for travelling. Maybe slow hand stitch instead of a machine for travelling though 😂

If you fill up the box with some cardboard, it will be easier to stamp. Will a giftcard fit inside??

Hi Wah! Thank you for visiting and sharing your message. This toilet roll is too short for a gift card, I tried it for fit, but some bigger ones work. Yes, I have since made many more with stamping before I glue it…keeping it flat. Also with stamping it stuffed works well. Have a great day🌸

@CarolineontheHillside ps... I make boxes out of cardboard for shipping my framed pieces. I customize my shipping boxes.... if that makes sense... I, myself, dont like tape...and havent found great fast drying pva glue yet. Still learning. . Thanks again!
