Some dentist approved it to be classified as cosmetic and the insurance companies run with it. Cases like hypoplasia, or other conditions, especially those not of the persons control (Mine is genetic) that pose such a risk should have been marked as necessary. You cannot tell me a insurance company came up with the classifications for each operation. I assure you, im not alone in this mindset, most people are sick of being charged so much for vital care.
