At the highest level, C-levels are constantly focused on growth, scale, sales, services, product development, margin expansion, strategic alliances, acquisition integration, leadership, retention, etc, etc.

A high-touch business is one that involves an intimate level of service with your client and partners. In this video, Stan has a very high-touch business model in which he spends a lot of time onsite with clients/partners. The impact of Covid forced him to rethink and rearchitect his delivery model. High-tech is a term used to describe those businesses which are engaged in new and rapidly changing technology. In this business spotlight, Stan's business is both high-touch and high-tech.
