A few days ago i am taking a ride on grab application. The driver told me all his child sent to SJKC. One reason he told me is due to the contribution/responsibility made by the educator. The teacher need to meet him to explain regarding his son’s education but he is very busy man. So the teacher ask what time did he can manage to come to the school, and he said 0600 hours. Then the teacher said okay we meet at 0600 hours. The next day, he go to school and meet the teacher. The teacher already in the class at 0600 hours by him/herself alone. Which he said this is rarely or maybe not happen at SK/SMK school. The other reason he told me is, it is very rare or maybe never to hear story SJKC educator got scold or punish because the educator give punishment or extra homework or the educator got angry to the students. This is not a racist statements. But the conclusion is, the educator nowadays are far behind beyond what parents need. I believe this is also due to malaysian culture. Why being hardworker if you can being smart worker. How you know smart worker does not need to do hard work to be a smart person as people see him/her. The impact is everybody become on the same level. Do not push hard, everybody need to look smart and clever. You push hard, you stupid. Same as what being said in this video, evaluation made on all students are on same level. No creativity and soft skills, everybody become robot community which is move in a same direction. Secondly, the over respect, over scare, over silent, over on the outside but little on the inside. You cannot speak truth. Many great educators already been sacked because they said truth. The longkang educators still survive because of their fan leg (kaki kipas) behaviours. This is also one of the cause that government need to solve. No point having 1 millions parasite educators versus having 1 thousand good educators. You making nations, not money. Yes educations also bring money. But how can you bring money if parasite does not help you to upgrowth the country? Still you need the good ones. Over respect ; you scare to upper level because they have powers. But without you, they also can collapse. Over scare over silent ; just follow the laws. Many parents felt burden by latest malaysia educations. If the parents already felt the burden, i think the student must be felt double or triple or ten times burden. But malaysia is malaysia. Do not panic, just relax, we select which political party we need for unknown reason which the political party does not know you, does not care about you or your life, you can feel the political party management around 4 years then maybe you die, after all of that then maybe we will think about malaysia’s educations. Make ten times meeting, presentations, slideshow, tea, breakfast, conference, after 100 years it still the same. After the stomach become bloating also cannot solve the problems, if it explode then it is too late to solve the problems. I also do not know what malaysia want. Problems in malaysia educations already talk a long time ago. Sloth already safely arrive and maybe already went to heaven but malaysia still having this recircle problems. This is one of the recircle problems in malaysia, there are many others. For example, vape/pod/cigarrettes sold to students. Rape/sex in student circle. People were shock after news regarding the teacher groom the student. Even the rape case, some people still can laughing, how you think you can make a critical thinking for a next problems that would maybe can be happen after a problem happen that solve by laughing.

It's worse when one realizes the lack of funding is attributed to the differences in quality. No parent/org would donate money to a subset of schools that doesn't actively inhibit environments that breed underperformance.
