Love it! FYI sometimes you can salvage audio using adobe podcast enhance (free!) You just export the audio file, upload it to the adobe podcast enhance site, and in about three minutes you can download a fixed audio file and overlay it on your video after you lower the original sound. I do this all the time when my mic is messed up or catches bad sounds.

Your painting is amazing .I want to be a watercolour artist. I do watercolour when I was 9 . Would you please tell me which watercolour is good? I always watch your video.

Ooh I can’t wait to see your patterns Crystal! Cass’s course is so good and she’s so lovely to learn from, but I’m like you, I need to get stuck back into it! Plus fingers crossed for more in person classes (hint hint!😂😂😂)

I think,as someone who follows you, that your goal #8 seems to me is the most uniquely you!! And wonder if your number #7 could flow out of your 8th goal! The focus of your course could be how to create a fine art piece at the same time as finding a therapeutic flow!!! I would purchase that course!! ❤ excited to follow your goals this year!!

I'm seeing artists all over KZbin saying KZbin will be much less in favor of Patreon. It will be interesting to see how this works out for you. It seems to me that KZbin drives people to want more of what they get on KZbin to sign up for Patreon. I can certainly understand not running yourself into the ground by doing too much. One creator I follow does one video for both with the extended version for patrons. Yes, she does some additional things for members, like challenges, a place to post their works and a monthly gift for a randomly chosen member. I guess all of this is to say that people will need a place to discover you and what you do. I wish you the best in 2025.❤

Thank you for your thoughtful comment. And great ideas! I never thought of doing a monthly random gift for my patreons. That's a really good idea. I definitely feel I need to concentrate on my patreons way more and taking the pressure off youtube will help me focus. Thank u!

Well Crystal all of this sounds good and at some level I understand. Hope your Patron grows. Good luck. And hoping you wont remove the videos from your KZbin channel..

Lovely video and goals ❤ I can completely resonate with the stretch of creating free videos and investing so much to create them. I hope your patron continues to grow! Don’t feel bad ❤ your time is valuable and it is not sustainable to expect you to run everything for free. Take care of yourself, the community you want to build will understand and support it ❤

Neptune can be floppy, and if not careful, can release a lot of water. I wish I had this video before buying!

Very informative Tutorial Crystal ! I have all of those brushes as well ! I can't quite get used to the softness of the Neptune brushes and I get frustrated with the lack of control. I started with the Velvetouch round long in 6 and 8 and I used them every day and now the bristles are showing some wear and tear. I will actually purchase the Heritage and the Snap brushes :) Hopefully my husband is not noticing that my jars of brushes is getting bigger and bigger..... Thanks again !

A good brush goes a long way! Dont worry about buying and trying them all. As long as you continue with your practice, you'll be alright. :)

If we remember the grown ups when we were young didn't understand our activities either. Kids grow up in their own time. They adapt to their own activities. They figure out how to interact with others and fit in to the way things are. We can't put the tooth paste back in the tube! Let's not worry too much that the kids will be harmed. They will do just fine!
