not helpful did not tell me that i had to put water in with the syrup and wasted a whole bottle of syrup!!

Well that doesn't look good... No sound so you can't hear the noise which I assume to be very loud 2 small martini glasses and the whole thing is almost empty and you have to go through all that messing around and noise again As soon as you poured the slush into the martini glasses it literally became water, you didn't even mix it proper because you knew the ice would melt. You poured alcahol on the top and just patted it down, there's literally a puddle of alcahol sat on top of it Obviously a bad item to make slushies with when you've had to go through soo much effort to make it look better than it is and it still does look good

Yea,doesnt work 😕 machine is expensive,syrup is expensive,easier and cheaper to get a slush puppie from a shop.4 hours mixing and I have no slush just melted ice cubes and a cylinder of water 😑 straight in the bin

Right I've nailed it! Put about a 10th syrup in the outside of the container and fill the rest of the outside with cold water straight from the fridge. Full the middle bit loads of ice and then pour in tons of table salt and put it to work! In ten mins, it's perfect. Make sure you are careful not to get salt in the outside as that's where the slush will form.

Doesn’t work for me. Followed instructions to the ml and the motor stops spinning when it starts to freeze. I reverse the motor and back again but it won’t spin.

The salt and ice go in the metal part, not the syrup bit! The slush comes from the water and syrup, not crushed ice

You have to follow the instructions to the T, in order for it to work correctly. Ive had mine for a month with no problems except for the first time I tried. That's because I followed a KZbinrs' instructions instead of following the instructions they gave me.
