Lovely, and I use inhaled steroids too for my bronchial asthma. I even have lower back pain too. Presumably, from the inhaler that I use. Thanks for the informative video though.

I was on a Symbicort Inhaler when without consultation the surgery switched me to another brand and style. I took it for one day (2 doses) and immediately came out in Hives (hundreds of small red itchy spots) I immediately contacted them and got it changed back and was put on a course of Antihistamine.

When I was in high school I went from just mild asthma to seeing my doctor constantly, and I had to see a respirologist. He diagnosed me with Environmentaly triggered, moderate to severe status asthmaticus!! Scary diagnosis!! I am now back to just moderate. I am BAD at taking my meds. Thanm you for this video.

It's not a small effect, me and my brother both had asthma growing up, he always used to take medicines regularly but me being an idiot always refrained from using them, without any reason, untill the very moment i thought that I'm gonna die if I don't take it. And guess what, we have the same genetics but now I am 5'10" and he is 5'5". I don't recommend doing what I did but at least be mentally prepared that this could be you.

How do you know you have the "same genetics" lmao, thats bs. But yes many of these so called medicines do much more harm than good in the long term.

I am asthematic since July 2015. The symptoms occur several times a day and I can't sleep anytime of a day. I have used seretide for two years and after I changed it by salbutamol puff. These both didn't remove the symptom quickly. Therefore what could I do to survive more? what type of treatment will you recommend me. From Ethiopia.

Brian Dodzo - asthma can’t be cured for everyone. Trust me. My asthma was predicted to be gone by the time I was nine and and her I am some years later still with asthma getting worst over time. Good for u that it worked but I’ve tried so many things from herbs to medication and meditation but nothing works. Asthma deosnt officially have a cure and it probably won’t for a long time.

I got rid of my asthma by pressing on the face between my nose and the upper lip. This obviously relaxes the chest airways by acupressure (GV26). Then I trained to breathe in through the nose to get the same effect. Low and behold, the beastly asthma was gone for ever. I sleep with my mouth closed. Why should a spray be the only treatment?
