Very nice technique, brother. I also have a Quattro and I’ve had it for years. You cannot break those things. The sandwiches are awesome. I am surprised they’re not making surfboards out of that stuff and it’s light as a feather. I’ve smashed into appear coral jetty rock I have not broken a Quattro.

Which kind of stroke is better in generating speed? It should be long and powerful?

Short and fast strokes to get into the wave. Once on a wave, we want to try to use the wave to generate speed and not the paddle.

So instead of pulling through water with your arms you bring your body to your arms which hold to paddle rigid in the water. Am I understanding correctly?
