BAHAHAHAH! Safelink is nothing but a bunch of crooks. They've already had to settle a over $13 million dollar fraud case to the government but else this is who the government continues to use. Known crooks who have been caught by the DOJ for committing millions of dollars in fraud. They send out emails for surveys asking how their doing only of course the survey link doesn't work BECAUSE they know their worthless. Safelink is just another corrupt company BEING allowed to rip off TAXPAYERS

mAMN,, THE AGENTS us as safelink users try to speak to are RUDE, UNABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH, THE LIST GOES ON MS.!!! I have been a safelink member for 5 years due to my disability , well I bought a new cell phone friday to upgrade from the other i was using with safelink... This is my life line.. They got my # and exsisting time moved to the new phone, but its deducting time from my Txts...Im suppose to get unlimited Txts// all i keep getting told since i brought this to their attention friday is SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE .. CAN U GIVE ME A # TO CALL WITH PPL WHO R WILLING TO HELp
