My admiration for this talented family is simply that they've been honest with the good, bad, painful stuggles that isnt sugar-coated. Did anyone ever hear them say that their lives were flawless... absolutely not! Being grateful for their success has been a very, very bumpy road at times. They've been typecast for so long , but they've remained together for decades, and one of the amazing moments back in the 70's when standing in the front part of the arena next to Mother Osmond. Why I asked the question I did was because I was absolutely amazed at the discipline and honesty they've lived their lives. I was at another concert of theirs , this time, I was standing between both Mother and Father Osmond. I remember saying I've never met their sons, but being able to have met and chatted with them was an absolute honor! Just before our chat was over, I heard Father Osmond look to his left and say," Donny, I'd like you to meet someone". Donny was running across backstage with a hairdryer in his hand since they were going onstage shortly. In the years since then, I've seen the family here and there at different events. I must say meeting Mother and Father Osmond was one of the highlights.
