Are you just removing burrs from the outside edge or are you putting a slight bevel on the outside edge in addition to the inside? I’m fascinated, that is amazingly sharp. Dull hoof knives are great for making an absolute hack job out of a horse’s frog and sole so a sharp knife is everything but…. this must be like butter 😳
