I love the opal but it can be difficult to get it to stick and stay on, aspecially after a while of use. Quarts is more natural and would give a better vibe, I'm assuming the green is a fake item perhaps plastic, esthetically wild be cool, but not natural.

Whenever I'm drumming I feel immense amounts of social anxiety all I could think is is people listening and what ever horrible thoughts they have. I probably have to go to a forest with only myself, maybe take a dog with me, go to a lodge build by my brother practice drumming there, that's the only place I can think of where I'd feel comfortable in my skin drumming.

Do you think it is possible that Jesus uses the Force, but called it something else? Could the Force be part of God or something Holy? Jedis are story, but the essence of a mysterious energy that dwells in all of us and everywhere seems to be present, was Jesus tapping into that essence?
@plipplopblop1679

@yourinnerbeingchannel7974 Yeah, I think there are a ton of similarities between supernatural phenomena in Star Wars and Christianity. Anakin was basically the equivalent of Jesus because he was the son of the force in essence. I actually believe the force as described in the original trilogy is more similar to God's true nature than the big bearded man in the sky that most people imagine. Whether it is possible to wield divine power is between you and our Father, lol

The Force is real because when I was working I sensed that my younger brother was in danger. I went to the phone in the back room of the grocery store where I worked at to call my mother to ask her about my younger brother and my mother told me that he and his friend escaped from the boy's home and took a truck and it broke down in the middle of nowhere during a rainstorm. Now tell me. Does that mean that I'm Force sensitive? I would not be surprised due to many years before when my brother and I were children we both witnessed the cup on the top shelf that we could not reach explode in front of us due to my younger brother provoking me to anger that caused my younger brother and I to fight. My brother and I stopped fighting after that cup on the top shelf exploded.

Ive been working on a philosophy for jediism as well, the chakras are a huge part of life, everything is energy ,vibration, everything and everyone is Force, we are all Force unfortunately not everyone can connect and are cut off, they cannot hear or feel but they can be taught to by activating and healing their chakras. I appreciate your point of view, may Force be with you.

Quick note to all that a sewing machine isn't strictly necessary if you don't have one/are intimidated by one. I'm currently finishing up a full-length traditional cloak which I'm sewing entirely by hand. Yes, it is much slower, but 100% doable! Thank you for this awesome idea - favorited for future reference and likely making on my side! Love how versatile it can look.

Great to see what other people view as important! Very informative, great vid ^^ I personally own a Karrimor predator 90-130 ltr for long distance/long period treks. It's absolutely not a lightweight piece of kit but it's a no fuss indestructible carry system for heavy loads for sustained comfy periods of a week or more with food etc. I also have a more lightweight minimalist set up for shorter trips :]

I’ve been using the Mardingtop 65L for about three years. I find it’s good for short distances and my more “bush crafty” trips, but I’ve been doing more mileage for backpacking overnights and it really starts to burn after about 5 miles with a full load. I find that over about 25lbs the straps need a lot of attention and readjustment the longer you go. At 4 1/2 lbs it’s not heavy but it’s not exactly light, either, so I shifted to a 2 1/2 lb REI pack for longer distances. I still get plenty of use of the MT, and I do love me some MOLLE attachments too!! Great video, thanks for putting it out there 👍🏻👍🏻

@jwstanley2645
@jwstanley2645 2 ай бұрын
@@yourinnerbeingchannel7974 Your design is good. I know some people who might very well prefer your robe, especially in Medieval Europe Role Play. My burnous is simpler, no hood, though burnouses come in a million types and styles, from light and simple to the whole nine yards. When I need a hood, I pull the whole thing up and hang in on my head instead of shoulders. Like your design, it is also versatile. It is a coat, a blanket, a sack, a tent (very small as tents, but can work). In a wood one day, a friend tied a rope from one tree to another, hung burnouse over the rope and used it as a one-wall locker room to change her clothes. It does not need a broach, pin, clasp, or other closure. The shape and drape keep it closed. Fabric choice is also preference issue. Wool is good. I prefer a heavy cotton, and this one is heavier than most denim or canvas yet feels lighter than most wool that I have seen (though wool can be spun and woven to astonishingly thin fabric.) I guess the biggest reason I prefer the burnouse is that in non-robe mode, that is as a blanket, pillow, seat cover or sack, it seems the hood can get in the way. Still, one could easily modify your idea to leave the hood off. Maybe that is why the timeless garment has been around for thousands of years across a great many independent culture. One thing beyond, there is an interesting history in how the drape became the burnous, then added the hood, which became the hat, which took on a wide variety of functional and cultural significances. Now, hats have much less significance, I think. Thanks for posting your video.

I love natural dyes! We do some of that for field trips sometimes at the museum I work for. We’re near a lot of Osage wood, so we often use Osage Oranges, also known as Horse Apples, for dyes. Commonly-known dye plants like woad for blue, weld for yellow, and madder for red, also work well, but the only way to figure out what plants around your area make nice colors on your clothes is experimentation! We love to see it!
